Dominic Liongson

Hello! My name is Dominic Liongson and I’m a junior majoring in Animal Science with a minor in Art/Design Studio. I know my major and minor combination seems wacky, but I greatly enjoy what I do for both disciplines! I grew up in the Sacramento area of California, specifically closer to Lake Tahoe. I don’t have any prior experience in field work or research, so everything will be a learning experience for me, and I’m excited for it! That’s one of the main reasons I decided to participate in the REEU: I was looking for an opportunity to get introduced to research, and hopefully find a career path that best suits me. I’m still not 100% confident in what my future career goals are, but I am looking forward to hopefully figuring that out whilst conducting some exciting research!
